Contract concluded by a financial institution in the course of its regular business activities
Therefore, for the purposes of paragraph 3 of part 9 of article 35 of the Law on Protection of Competition, contracts concluded in the course of regular business activities should be understood as contracts aimed at meeting the operational needs of a financial institution.
Such contracts include, among others, the following:
- contracts for advertising placement by advertising agencies, recruitment services, leasing or subleasing of real estate, supply of electricity, installation of fire alarms, purchase and sale of office equipment, construction contracts or service contracts for technical maintenance;
- contracts with developers of software products and information systems, consultants on the implementation of software products;
- contracts between credit institutions and collection agencies;
- contracts with international payment systems aimed at granting a bank the right to issue and operate bank cards;
- contracts for purchase and sale, exchange, pledge of bank bills; initial issuance of a bill, assignment of claims;
- for the insurer: agency agreements with an insurance agent, concluded by him as a principal
