Export Control System of a State - Participant of the CIS
The export control system of a CIS member state — a set of measures implemented by the executive authorities of a CIS member state to enforce laws and legal acts concerning the procedures for exporting weapons and military equipment beyond the territory of a CIS member state, as well as certain types of raw materials, materials, equipment, technologies, and scientific and technical information that may be used in the creation of weapons and military equipment, including measures aimed at preventing the export of the most hazardous types of weapons, military equipment, and technologies for their creation, as well as measures to detect, prevent, and halt violations of this procedure
