Monetary Base in a Broad Definition
<*> The money base in the broad definition includes cash in circulation issued by the Central Bank of Russia (taking into account balances in the cash registers of credit institutions), funds on accounts for mandatory reserves deposited by credit institutions with the Central Bank of Russia, funds on correspondent accounts in Russian rubles (including averaged balances of mandatory reserves) and deposit accounts of credit institutions with the Central Bank of Russia, investments by credit institutions in bonds issued by the Central Bank of Russia (at market value), as well as other obligations of the Central Bank of Russia related to operations with credit institutions in Russian rubles
