Direct quantitative restrictions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation
Article 43. Direct quantitative restrictions of the Bank of Russia are understood as setting limits on refinancing of credit organizations and conducting certain banking operations by credit organizations.
The Bank of Russia is entitled to apply direct quantitative restrictions, equally applicable to all credit organizations, in exceptional cases for the purpose of implementing a unified state monetary and credit policy only after consultations with the Government of the Russian Federation.
