Psychiatrist
1.1. A psychiatrist-psychotherapist is a specialist with higher medical education in the specialty of "general medicine" or "pediatrics," who has undergone training in the specialty of "psychiatry" during internship and clinical residency, as well as completed professional retraining or clinical residency in psychotherapy at a higher or additional professional medical education institution or profile research institutes according to the requirements of the educational standard, typical program, and curriculum for professional retraining approved in accordance with established procedures.
