Pledge Disposition
The pledge instruction contains an instruction to the registrar to enter into the register a record of the pledge or of the termination of the pledge.
The pledge instruction must contain the following information.
Regarding the pledgor:
surname, name, patronymic (for individuals), full name (for legal entities);
type, number, series, date and place of issue of the identity document, as well as the name of the authority that issued the document (for individuals), the name of the authority that carried out the registration, the number and date of registration (for legal entities).
Regarding the securities:
full name of the issuer;
number of securities pledged;
type, category (kind), state registration number of the securities issue;
type of pledge.
Regarding the person in whose name the pledge of securities should be made:
surname, name, patronymic (for individuals), full name (for legal entities);
type, number, series, date and place of issue of the identity document, as well as the name of the authority that issued the document (for individuals), the name of the authority that carried out the registration, the registration number and date of registration (for legal entities).
The pledge agreement may also contain information on where the securities certificates are located (in case of documentary form of issuance), to whom (the pledgor or the pledgee) the right to receive income from the securities belongs, the right and conditions for using the pledged securities, as well as other pledge terms.
