Tobacco Organizations
6) tobacco organizations - legal entities regardless of their organizational and legal form, engaged in the production, movement across the customs border of the Customs Union within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) or across the State Border of the Russian Federation with member states of the Customs Union within the framework of the EAEU of tobacco products, or organizations recognized in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation as affiliated parties of these legal entities, subsidiary and dependent organizations, associations of such entities, as well as organizations created by such entities. For the purposes of this Federal Law, organizations are deemed equivalent to tobacco organizations individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production and movement across the customs border of the Customs Union within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) or across the state border of the Russian Federation with member states of the Customs Union within the framework of the EAEU of tobacco products.
