Active oil wells

60. Active wells are oil wells that produced output in the last month of the reporting period regardless of the number of days of operation during this month.

Active wells are further divided into two groups:

producing oil and gas;

shut-in during the last month of the reporting half-year from those that produced output in this month.

61. Wells producing oil and associated gas should be considered as those wells that, as of the end of the last day of the reporting period, produced oil and associated gas or only oil, including wells that were on liquid accumulation (under periodic operation mode).

62. Wells that were shut down in the last month of the reporting period should include those wells that produced during this month (even for a few hours), but on the last day of the reporting period were idle for any reason: due to maintenance, accident elimination, experimental or research work, power outages, lack of consumer and others.
