Depositary Agreement
The contract between the depository and the depositor regulating their relations during the depositary activities is called a depositary agreement (account deposit agreement). The depositary agreement must be concluded in writing. The depository is obliged to approve the conditions for carrying out its depositary activities, which are an integral part of the concluded depositary agreement.

7.1. The depositary agreement is the basis for the emergence of the rights and obligations of the client (depositor) and the depository when the depository provides services to the client as provided in this Regulation.
The subject of the depositary agreement is the provision by the depositary to the client (depositor) of services for storing securities certificates, accounting for and certifying rights to securities through the opening and maintenance by the depositary of the client's (depositor's) depot account, and conducting operations on this account. The subject of the depositary agreement also includes the provision by the depositary of services that facilitate the realization by security holders of their rights in respect of the securities belonging to them.
