Unitary enterprise
1. A unitary enterprise is a commercial organization that is not endowed with the right of ownership over the property assigned to it by its owner. The property of a unitary enterprise is indivisible and cannot be distributed among contributions (shares, participations), including among the employees of the enterprise

1. A unitary enterprise is a commercial organization that is not endowed with the right of ownership over the property assigned to it by its owner. Unitary enterprises may be established only as state and municipal enterprises. The property of a unitary enterprise belongs to the Russian Federation, a subject of the Russian Federation, or a municipal formation on the right of ownership
