"current obligations" - expenditure obligations of the Russian Federation to be fulfilled during the planning period from the funds of the federal budget in the amount established in accordance with current normative legal acts (excluding normative legal acts whose effect has expired, been suspended or proposed for repeal starting from the corresponding year of the planning period), contracts and agreements;
