Unfair competition


9) unfair competition - any actions by business entities (groups of persons) aimed at obtaining advantages in carrying out entrepreneurial activities, which contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, business customs, requirements of good faith, reasonableness and fairness, and have caused or may cause losses to other business entities - competitors, or have caused or may cause harm to their business reputation;

(2) An act of unfair competition is any act of competition that contradicts honest customs in industrial and commercial activities.

(3) In particular, the following are prohibited:

1) all actions capable of causing confusion in relation to a business, products or industrial or commercial activity of a competitor;

2) false statements made in the course of commercial activities capable of discrediting a business, its products or its industrial or trading activities of a competitor;

3) indications or statements whose use in the course of commercial activities may mislead the public as to the nature, method of manufacture, properties, suitability for use or quantity of goods
