Parliamentary Party
1) parliamentary party - a political party whose federal candidate list has been admitted to the distribution of seats in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, as well as a political party to which a seat has been allocated in accordance with Article 82.1 of the Federal Law dated May 18, 2005 No. 51-FZ "On Elections of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" based on officially published results of elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, which were broadcast by a corresponding state publicly accessible television or radio channel on the day closest to the date of coverage of its activities;
