Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union
Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) technical regulation - a document adopted by an international agreement of the Contracting Parties' states within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, establishing mandatory requirements for application and implementation to objects of technical regulation (products or processes related to product requirements, such as production, installation, commissioning, operation (use), storage, transportation (carriage), sale, and disposal).
The EAEU technical regulation may contain rules and forms of conformity assessment (confirmation of compliance), identification rules, terminology requirements, packaging, marking, labeling, and rules for their application;
