Dividend
1. A dividend is any income received by a shareholder (participant) from an organization upon distribution of profit remaining after taxation (including in the form of interest on preferred shares), proportionally to the share of the shareholder (participant) in the charter (contributed) capital of this organization.

Dividends also include any income received from sources outside the Russian Federation that are classified as dividends under the laws of foreign states
