Sanitary-Epidemiological Examination
Sanitary and epidemiological expertise is the activity of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Field of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, its territorial bodies, structural units, and federal state institutions of federal executive authorities carrying out state sanitary and epidemiological supervision in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations, and bodies, on defense and defense production, security, internal affairs, and other special-purpose objects, in organizations of certain industrial sectors (hereinafter - bodies and institutions carrying out state sanitary and epidemiological supervision), federal state healthcare institutions - hygiene and epidemiology centers, as well as other organizations accredited in accordance with established procedures, aimed at determining the compliance (non-compliance) of project documentation and other documents, objects of economic and other activities, products, works, and services provided for in Articles 12, 13, 15 - 28, 40 and 41 of the Federal the Law of March 30, 1999 No. 52-FZ "On Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-being of the Population", technical regulations, state sanitary and epidemiological rules and standards;
