Suspension of operations on accounts of federal institutions in the bank
Suspension of operations on accounts of federal institutions in the bank means that the bank ceases all operations involving debiting funds, except for the performance by the federal institution of its obligations to make payments whose order of execution under the civil legislation of the Russian Federation precedes the obligation to make payments to the budget and state extra-budgetary funds, as well as except for the transfer, upon a payment instruction from the federal institution, of the remaining balance of monetary funds on the account opened in the bank to the account of the Federal Treasury (Regional Office of the Federal Treasury).
