Contract System in the Sphere of Procurements
1) contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for ensuring state and municipal needs (hereinafter - contract system in the field of procurement) - a set of participants of the contract system in the field of procurement (federal executive authority regulating the contract system in the field of procurement, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation regulating the contract system in the field of procurement, other federal executive authorities, state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies authorized to perform normative-legal regulation and procurement control, the State Corporation for Atomic Energy "Rosatom", the State Corporation for Space Activities "Roscosmos", buyers, participants in procurements, including recognized suppliers (contractors, performers), authorized bodies, authorized institutions, specialized organizations, operators of electronic platforms) and carried out by them, including using the unified information system in the procurement sphere (except in cases where the use of such a unified information system is not provided for by this Federal Law), in accordance with Russian Federation legislation and other regulatory legal acts concerning the contract system in procurement, including actions aimed at ensuring state and municipal needs;
