"material benefit" - economic benefit in monetary or physical form that can be assessed and determined as income in accordance with the tax legislation of the Russian Federation;

3) material benefit - economic benefit that can be obtained by a PFR employee, their close relatives as a result of the use or exceeding of official powers, as well as unlawful actions in the interest of third parties with the aim of receiving compensation from them, and which can be determined as income in accordance with the tax legislation of the Russian Federation;
