Conscription Commission on Mobilization
16. In peacetime, a mobilization commission for conscription is established in each subject of the Russian Federation and municipal formation, responsible for conscripting citizens assigned to military units (designated for special formations) for service in military positions provided for by wartime staffing tables, or directing citizens to work in civilian positions within the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations, organs, and special formations during mobilization.
