1. The consolidated financial balance of the Russian Federation is a document characterizing the volume and use of financial resources of the Russian Federation (gross national disposable income) and economic sectors.

2. The consolidated financial balance of the Russian Federation is prepared in order to assess the volumes of financial resources when developing the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and the project of the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period, as well as the impact of federal policy in the field of economic development on the indicators of the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation
