Public Offer for Goods
1. The offer of goods in its advertising, catalogs and product descriptions addressed to an indefinite circle of persons is deemed a public offer (paragraph 2 of article 437), if it contains all essential terms of the retail sale contract.
2. Displaying goods at the place of sale (on shelves, in showcases, etc.), demonstrating samples of them or providing information about goods for sale (descriptions, catalogs, photographs of goods, etc.) at the place of their sale is deemed a public offer regardless of whether the price and other essential terms of the retail sale contract are specified, except in cases where the seller explicitly specifies that the relevant goods are not intended for sale.
