Regulated Contracts in the Power Industry

"regulated contracts" - contracts concluded in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by subjects of the wholesale market - producers of electric energy (capacity) with guaranteed suppliers (energy supply, energy sales organizations, whose customers include the population and/or categories of consumers equivalent to it), as well as with certain subjects of the wholesale market designated by the Government of the Russian Federation - buyers of electric energy (capacity), operating in separate parts of the price zones of the wholesale market, for which the Government of the Russian Federation has established specific features of the functioning of the wholesale and retail markets, the supply of electric energy (capacity) under which is carried out at state-regulated prices (tariffs);
