1. Service discipline is the observance by an employee of internal affairs organs of the rules established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Oath of an employee of the internal affairs organs of the Russian Federation, the disciplinary regulations of the internal affairs organs of the Russian Federation, the contract, orders and instructions of the head of a federal executive authority in the field of internal affairs, as well as orders and instructions of direct and immediate supervisors (chiefs) regarding the order and rules for performing official duties and exercising granted rights
