1. The highest governing body of the community of small-numbered peoples is the general assembly (meeting) of members of the community of small-numbered peoples.
The general assembly (meeting) of members of the community of small-numbered peoples is convened as needed; the frequency of its meetings is determined by the charter.
The general assembly (meeting) of members of the community of small-numbered peoples is considered authorized provided that at least half of the members of the community participate, unless otherwise stipulated in the community's charter.
The charter of the community of small-numbered peoples may provide for the convening of a general assembly (meeting) of members of the community upon the request of not less than one-third of its members.
The general assembly (meeting) of members of the community of small-numbered peoples considers all the most important issues relating to the activities of the community of small-numbered peoples.
