Account "C" (hereinafter - special bank account "C") (account code 14) - is opened for a non-resident to purchase from a resident and transfer to the benefit of a resident bonds issued in the name of the Russian Federation, which are internal securities, including calculations and transfers related to the transfer of bonds issued in the name of the Russian Federation, which are internal securities (rights evidenced by bonds issued in the name of the Russian Federation, which are internal securities)
