Securities with a market quotation

Securities with a market quotation - securities that simultaneously meet the following criteria:

- comply with the conditions for admission to exchange trading (listing conditions);

- are admitted to official quotation on at least one stock exchange;

- during the reporting period, securities have been sold on one or several stock exchanges in an amount of no less than 0.5 million rubles and not less than 3 percent of the total declared issue volume of such securities (i.e., securities of the same type, category, or class, as well as from the same issuer). In this case, if securities of the same type were simultaneously sold on several stock exchanges, transactions where the selling prices deviated by more than 10 percent from the prices established on the stock exchange where the largest volume of such securities was sold during the reporting period are not taken into account;

- official quotations are published in at least one all-Russian newspaper with a circulation of no less than 500,000 copies
