Dysthymia
Dysthymia is a chronic depressive mood that does not reach the severity of depression. For most of the time (often for months), such patients feel tired and have a low mood. Everything becomes difficult and nothing brings pleasure. They tend to have gloomy thoughts and complain that they sleep poorly and feel uncomfortable, but in general they manage to cope with the basic requirements of daily life.
