Soy oil
Soybean oil is produced from soybeans by extraction using hydraulic and pressing presses or by using solvents.
The leading producers of soybeans are the United States, Brazil, Argentina, and China (in the United States, the American Soybean Association (ASA) was established, which developed trade rules and standards for soybean oil). The production of soybean oil and its further processing, in addition to the aforementioned countries, is also carried out in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands, Belgium, etc.
Soybean oil is used in the food industry for the manufacture of mayonnaise, margarine, etc., as well as for the production of paint and varnish products
