Reserve Fund of the President of the Russian Federation

1. The federal budget for the next financial year and planning period provides for the creation of the President of the Russian Federation's reserve fund in an amount not exceeding one percent of the approved expenditures of the federal budget.

2. The funds of the President of the Russian Federation's reserve fund are used to finance unforeseen expenses.

3. The use of budget appropriations from the President of the Russian Federation's reserve fund is carried out on the basis of decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation.

4. The use of budget appropriations from the President of the Russian Federation's reserve fund for conducting elections, referendums, or covering the activities of the President of the Russian Federation is not allowed.
