Borrowers of mortgage loans
1) borrowers - individuals who are citizens of the Russian Federation and have entered into credit agreements with banks (credit institutions) or loan agreements with legal entities (non-credit organizations), under the terms of which the funds obtained as a loan are used for the purchase of housing. The performance of obligations under the agreements is secured by a mortgage on the property being acquired (mortgage);
