Public-Private Partnership (PPP)

Public-private partnership (PPP) is an institutional and organizational alliance between the state and business aimed at implementing national and international, large-scale and local projects that are always of public significance across a wide range of sectors: from the development of strategically important industries and scientific research and design activities (R&D) to providing public services. As a rule, each such alliance is temporary, as it is created for a specific period in order to implement a particular project and ceases to exist after its completion.
