Parent Committee at the Military Unit
6. The Parent Committee is an advisory, consultative, and representative body that operates on the basis of public principles within each military unit.
7. The Parent Committee is established in order to assist the command of the military unit in strengthening military discipline and law and order, preventing violations among personnel, promoting unity within military collectives, and ensuring conditions for the safety of military service.
8. The Parent Committee has no right to interfere with the activities of commanders (heads) in the performance of their official duties.
9. Any parent (either the mother or father of a serviceman) may become a member of the Parent Committee.
