Consumers of Natural Monopoly Services
Consumers of services provided by natural monopolies are economic entities that consume electricity and thermal energy, gas, oil transported via pipelines, use fixed telephone and postal communication services, as well as services of railway transport, airports, ports, and transportation terminals. Practically any economic entity is a consumer (of goods) services produced by subjects of natural monopolies
