Limitation on military service
1. Restriction of military service is imposed on convicted military personnel serving under contract for a period from three months to two years in cases provided for by the relevant articles of the Special Part of this Code for committing crimes against military service, as well as on convicted military personnel serving under contract instead of corrective labor provided for by the relevant articles of the Special Part of this Code.
2. Deductions from the monetary allowance of a person sentenced to restriction of military service are made in favor of the state in an amount established by the court's verdict, but not exceeding twenty percent. During serving of this punishment, the convict may not be promoted in position or rank, and the term of the punishment is not counted towards the term of service for the assignment of the next military rank.
