The system of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation consists of:
The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation;
federal arbitration courts of districts (arbitration cassation courts);
(as amended by the Federal Constitutional Law of 04.07.2003 No. 4-FKZ)
arbitration appellate courts;

arbitration courts of first instance in republics, territories, regions, cities of federal significance, autonomous region, and autonomous okrugs (hereinafter - arbitration courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation);
