Company with Additional Liability (ODO)


1. A company with additional liability is a company whose share capital is divided into shares; the participants of such a company are jointly and severally liable for its obligations with their own property in an equal multiple amount relative to the value of their shares, as determined by the company's charter. In the event of bankruptcy of one of the participants, their liability for the company's obligations is distributed among the remaining participants proportionally to their contributions, unless another method of distributing liability is provided for in the founding documents of the company.
