1. Subleasing - a type of subletting of leased property, where the lessee under the lease agreement transfers third parties (lessees under the sublease agreement) into possession and use for a fee and for a period in accordance with the terms of the sublease agreement, the property previously received from the lessor under the lease agreement and constituting the subject of the lease

subleasing - a type of leasing agreement in which the lessee transfers to a third party (the sublessee under the sublease agreement) the right to possession and use of property received from the lessor under the lease agreement and constituting the subject matter of the lease, for a specified period and for payment in accordance with the terms of the sublease agreement. In this regard, the lessee under the lease agreement, acquiring the rights of the lessor in relation to the sublessee under the sublease agreement in accordance with the procedures and conditions established by the legislation of the Contracting States and the agreement, is not relieved from the obligations and liability towards the lessor as provided for in the lease agreement;
