Placement of Funds by the Bank

1.2. For the purposes of this Policy, the placement (provision) of funds by the bank means the conclusion of a contract between the bank and its client, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In accordance with Article 1 of the Federal Law "On Banks and Banking Activities" (Proceedings of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, No. 27, art. 357; Proceedings of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 9, art. 391; 1992, No. 34, art. 1966; Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 6, art. 492; 1998, No. 31, art. 3829), the bank transfers funds on the terms of payment, time limit and returnability, while the client of the bank returns the received funds in accordance with the conditions of the contract.

The placement (provision) of funds may be carried out both in the national currency of the Russian Federation and foreign currencies, provided that the requirements of current legislation are observed
