Consolidated register of managers/recipients of budgetary funds, administrators of federal budget revenues
1.2. The consolidated register of main budgetary recipients, budgetary recipients and beneficiaries of federal budget funds, main revenue administrators and revenue administrators of the federal budget, main administrators and administrators of sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget (hereinafter referred to as the Consolidated Register) - a structured list of information about the following participants in the budget process:
1) main recipients of federal budget funds (hereinafter referred to as main recipients);
2) recipients of federal budget funds (hereinafter referred to as recipients);
3) beneficiaries of federal budget funds <*> (hereinafter referred to as beneficiaries);

<*> For the purposes of this Procedure, the term "recipient of funds from the federal budget" also applies to organizations established in accordance with Russian Federation legislation and necessary for accomplishing tasks provided by Federal Law No. 144-FZ dated August 12, 1995 "On Operational-Search Activities" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 33, Item 3349).
4) chief administrators of federal budget revenues (hereinafter - chief administrators of revenues);
5) administrators of federal budget revenues (hereinafter - administrators of revenues);
6) chief administrators of sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget conducting operations with internal sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget, and chief administrators of sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget conducting operations with external sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget (hereinafter - chief administrators of sources of financing the deficit);
7) administrators of sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget conducting operations with internal sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget, and administrators of sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget conducting operations with external sources of financing the deficit of the federal budget (hereinafter - administrators of sources of financing the deficit)
