Forest Management Enterprises
1. Forestry enterprises, forestry colleges, experimental and other specialized forestry enterprises of the Federal Forestry Service of Russia (hereinafter - forestry enterprise) are territorial bodies of the federal executive body for forest management (the Federal Forestry Service of Russia).
A forestry enterprise is a specially authorized government body in the following areas of state administration:
1) use, protection, safeguarding and regeneration of the forest fund of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - forest fund);
2) protection of the natural environment;
3) protection, monitoring and regulation of the use of wildlife objects and their habitats.
