Electricity consumption for production purposes - electricity consumption by district heating plants and electric boiler installations, whether on a separate balance or on the balance of power stations; for water transfer by pumped storage power stations and pumping units of heat networks; power stations operating in boiler mode (without electricity generation) and being in conservation or reserve (simultaneously with the absence of electricity generation and heat supply)

Electricity consumption for production needs refers to electricity consumption by district heating plants and electric boiler installations, whether they are on a separate balance or on the balance of power stations, as well as for water transfer by pumped storage hydroelectric power stations and pumping facilities
