Average headcount of employees

The average number of employees for the year is calculated by summing up the daily employee count for each calendar day of the year, including public holidays (non-working days) and weekends, and dividing the resulting total by the number of calendar days in the year. The number of employees on the list composition for a weekend or public holiday (non-working day) is taken as equal to the list composition employee count for the preceding working day. In the case of two or more consecutive weekend or public holiday (non-working) days, the number of employees on the list composition for each of these days is taken as equal to the list composition employee count for the working day immediately preceding the weekends and public holidays (non-working days).
