Objectives of Civil Proceedings
The objectives of civil proceedings are the correct and timely consideration and resolution of civil cases in order to protect violated or disputed rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of citizens, organizations, the rights and interests of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal formations, and other persons who are parties to civil, labor, or other legal relations. Civil proceedings should contribute to strengthening legality and law and order, preventing violations of the law, and fostering a respectful attitude towards the law and the courts.
