3. An agricultural or fishery commune (kolkhoz) is considered an agricultural cooperative established by citizens on the basis of voluntary membership for joint activities in the production, processing, and sale of agricultural products, including fish products, as well as for other activities not prohibited by law through the voluntary pooling of property shares in the form of monetary funds, land plots, land and property shares, and other citizens' assets, which are transferred to the cooperative's share fund. For members of agricultural and fishery communes (kolkhozes), personal labor participation in their activities is mandatory; at the same time, their members are agricultural producers regardless of the functions they perform. The official name of an agricultural or fishery commune (kolkhoz) must include its name and the words "agricultural commune" or "kolkhoz," or "fishery commune" or "fishery kolkhoz." Other requirements for the trade name of an agricultural or fishery artel (collective farm) are established by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
