Responsibilities of the Management Board of the Housing Owners' Association


The duties of the board of the homeowners' association include:

1) compliance by the association with legislation and the requirements of the association's charter;

2) monitoring the timely payment of mandatory payments and contributions by members of the association;

3) preparing annual income and expenditure estimates for the association and financial activity reports, submitting them to the general meeting of members for approval;

4) management of the multi-unit residential building or entering into management agreements for it;

5) hiring employees for the maintenance of the multi-unit residential building and

6) conclusion of contracts for servicing, operation, and repair of common property in a multi-apartment building;

7) maintaining a register of members of the association, document management, accounting, and financial reporting;

8) convening and conducting general meetings of members of the association;

9) performing other obligations arising from the charter of the housing owners' association
