Quality of Working Life
Quality of working life refers to conditions of production activity allowing for consideration of the degree of realization of employees' interests and utilization of their intellectual, creative, moral, organizational abilities and other aspects. Quality of working life manifests itself in increasing job satisfaction and in striving for professional development
