Russian Federation Social Insurance Fund
1. The Russian Federation Social Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) manages the funds of the state social insurance of the Russian Federation.
The Fund carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, laws of the Russian Federation, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, orders and directives of the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as this Regulation.
2. The Fund is a specialized financial and credit institution under the Government of the Russian Federation.
The monetary funds and other property under operational management of the Fund, as well as property assigned to sanatoriums and resorts institutions subordinate to the Fund, are federal property.
The Fund's monetary funds do not form part of budgets at corresponding levels, other funds, and are not subject to withdrawal
