Customs Documentary Examination
1. Documentary customs examination is carried out by studying and analyzing the information contained in customs declarations, commercial, transport (carriage) and other documents submitted by the examined party, information from controlling state bodies of member states of the Customs Union, as well as other documents and information available to customs authorities regarding the activities of these parties.
2. Documentary customs examination is conducted by customs authorities at the location of the customs authority without visiting the examined party, and also without issuing an order (act on the assignment of the examination).
3. Documentary customs examinations are carried out without restrictions on the frequency of their conduct.
