Issuer's Option
An issuer option is an emission security that confers upon its holder the right to purchase a specified number of the issuer's shares at a price determined in the issuer option, during the period provided for in it and/or upon the occurrence of circumstances specified therein. An issuer option is a registered security. The decision to issue issuer options and their issuance are carried out in accordance with the rules for issuing securities convertible into shares established by federal laws. In this regard, the price at which shares are issued to satisfy requirements under issuer options is determined in accordance with the price set forth in such option.
